Position Objectives:

You are responsible for providing an excellent service and make sure to make each moment special for our clients. You demonstrate commitment, responsibility, and an open attitude to learn.

Functions:

• Contribute to the success of Starbucks by providing excellent service to all our clients.
• Create the Starbucks experience by providing fast service, delivering quality products and beverages, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment.
• Support the manager with hiring, training, and managing store staff to achieve the sales plan, control expenses, and protect company assets.
• Exceed personal and store sales goals and performance standards.
• Help in the formation and development of a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all partners.
• Recognize talented staff and develop them for growth within the company.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in the absence of the store manager.
• Supervise and manage all aspects of loss prevention practices in the absence of the store manager and the training manager.
• Effectively communicate all store needs to the store manager.
• Resolve customer service situations effectively.
• Provide a complete and fun service experience to all customers.
• Perform bank deposits
• Store opening/closing duty
• Show passion for coffee and people.
• Cleaning skills, taking orders, beverage preparation, and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Minimum one (1) year experience in related or similar duties to the position. Sales of consumer products and/or food.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• You are responsible and have a great ability to work in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Desire to succeed in fast-paced retail environments.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends.
