Job Summary The Front of House (FOH) Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operation and management of the restaurant, overseeing training, supervision, and scheduling of FOH staff while ensuring excellent service and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities Coordinate daily restaurant operations. Manage, schedule, and train FOH staff. Assist in hiring front‑of‑house positions. Ensure high‑quality service and guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate waitlist and seating quotes. Ensure kitchen ticket times meet company standards. Maintain order and discipline during working hours. Attend management training and HR sessions. Execute opening and closing duties, ensuring cleanliness. Handle daily deposits and POS operation. Maintain inventory of par levels for FOH items. Provide excellent customer service and leadership. Track sales goals, cost of goods sold, labor, budgets, inventory, and other reporting data. Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards. Respond to guest complaints per guidelines. Collaborate with management, including the Executive Team, for seamless service. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years restaurant management experience. Positive attendance and performance record. Extensive food and beverage knowledge. Strong leadership and communication skills. Customer service experience as a Manager. Excellent decision‑making and time‑management skills. Experience with POS systems and cash handling. Passion for food and the restaurant industry. Knowledge of safety policies and procedures. Computer skills, including G‑Suite. Ability to influence and interact with all organizational levels. Organized, detail‑oriented, analytical approach. Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Availability for extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. Strong oral and written communication skills. High energy, positive personality, sense of urgency. Strong organizational skills, can‑do attitude, multi‑tasking, and deadline management. Ability to stand, walk, and mobilize for the duration of a shift. Reliability and punctuality. Accuracy with money and cash management. Completion of food safety training. Willingness to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
