PrideStaff has a great client in Greendale IN seeking to add one Maintenance Technicians for its organization on Days, Mon-Fri 7:00a-3:30p. These are temp to hire positions with the true market leader in the field. This Industrial Maintenance Technician is a key part of the organization and is leaned on to keep the operation running smoothly. Check out the requirements below.

Pay starts at $23 or higher depending on experience! The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with all routine maintenance of Company owned equipment at the manufacturing facility. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for following a preventative maintenance schedule and will be asked to respond to mechanical breakdowns and emergency situations as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adheres to all applicable safety standards/procedures and promotes a safe working environment by training compliance, and by addressing and communicating any identified safety concerns.
• Follow the maintenance procedures outlined in WMS (Workflow Management System), to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
• Self-motivated to perform duties in such a way as to succeed in obtaining established maintenance KPI targets.
• Ability to learn manufacturing processes and help optimize and maintain industry specific equipment.

Tactical Functions:

• Ensuring plant operation by performing various types of repairs to rotating equipment including, but not limited to pumps, motors, gear reducers, agitators, conveyor systems, etc.
• Ensuring and extending optimal performance of equipment by completing preventative maintenance activities.
• Ensuring maintenance efficiencies and plant performance by adhering to daily scheduled corrective and preventative maintenance activities
• Ensuring a safe and efficient workspace for all employees by completing facility improvement/repairs as needed.
• Ability to diagnosis equipment in upset conditions.
• Ability to perform various roles including fabrication, welding, cutting, and equipment installation.
• Ability to correctly utilize CMMS including work order completion status, material consumption, labor hours, etc.
• Communicate any situation that creates a hazardous working environment to the management team.

• CMMS

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED minimum
• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience minimum
• Experience using CMMS
• Facility maintenance (preferred)

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $23.00 - $27.00 Per Hour
