Production Worker

Our plant leadership spearheads all aspects of Mauser manufacturing operations. Our successful leadership teams lead day-to-day operations, provide technical knowledge, and demonstrate people skills required to keep a plant running smoothly. As the life blood of our enterprise, our production and warehouse roles ensure our products are efficiently produced and shipped to our customers as sustainably as possible. As an integral part of our operations, maintenance and technical roles are responsible for all upkeep and repair duties on machines throughout our network. These roles help identify repair needs, respond to maintenance requests, and service company equipment. Our corporate business team supports day-to-day processes and includes positions within marketing, sales, engineering, human resources, customer service and finance & accounting.
