Job Description Full or Part Time. Are you looking for a meaningful career in a local business that has national brand support people recognize and trust? As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will help grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase the customer’s understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice. $1,000 SIGNING BONUS PAID AFTER 12 MONTHS. Annual bonus opportunity on top of salary and commissions. Company Description The Longyear Family Agency (LFA) provides individuals, families and businesses with a circle of protection for assets, income and future. This includes, property & casualty insurance, life and long-term care insurances, maximizing retirement savings, and supplemental (voluntary) benefits (for businesses). LFA has been serving Georgia for over 15 years and earned the Best In Kennesaw award for Insurance and Retirement Services in 2021, and finalist for Best Of Georgia in 2025.
