*Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN - MC

Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN - MC San Diego, CA Full‑time position requiring 32‑40 hours per week, including every other weekend. May require floating to other nearby locations. This is an in‑person, patient‑facing role. Responsibilities Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications. Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses. Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well‑being. Conduct medication reviews to identify potential side effects and drug interactions. Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records. Keep an organized, well‑stocked, clean clinic at all times. Education & Licensure Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in the United States. Minimum one‑year related work experience in a healthcare setting. Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; Epic experience preferred.
