Estate Planning Attorney

With a focus on growth, their team is excited to add an Estate Planning Attorney to the team. As part of a highly visible national Advanced Planning team, the Estate Planning Attorney will work collaboratively to shape a technology-driven, client focused approach. The Estate Planning Attorney will bring a combination of hands‑on technical knowledge to deliver financial and estate planning solutions, and a strategic mindset to help contribute to the firm’s growth and long‑term success. This role offers remote flexibility. Successful candidates must be available to work standard Pacific Time (PT) business hours. Highlighted Responsibilities Include Act as subject matter expert on estate planning. Meet with advisors and clients to identify opportunities, develop, implement and monitor estate planning and/or business succession strategies. Build and maintain comprehensive financial plans for clients using estate, income tax and financial planning software. Analyze and interpret estate documents (e.g. wills, trusts, powers of attorney) for client presentations. Lead discussions around business exit planning, ownership and liquidity transfer. Create and contribute to educational content for clients and internal team members Support team development and process improvement initiatives. A well-qualified candidate will possess the following: 10+ years’ experience in estate planning across law firms or investment advisory firms JD, CPA and/or CFP, required Experience reviewing gift/estate tax returns Exceptional communication and client service skills Compensation range: $175,000/year – $210,000/year #J-18808-Ljbffr JustinBradley
