In this role, you willbe responsible forestablishingnew business inone of ouremergingsectors; managing the recruiting process and delivering for your clients, while marketing and generating leads for new business. This is an entrepreneurial rolethatgives you full operational responsibility for your own desk and clients. Responsibilities: Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract,contract-to-hire, or permanent basis Develop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expandthetalent portfolio and attract qualified candidates Conduct thorough phone andface-to-faceinterviews todeterminecandidates'qualifications and job requirements Build andmaintaina quality pipeline through fosteringlong-termrelationships with candidates Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates Callthecurrent contactor workforce or recently placed permanent candidates to ensure quality service ismaintainedand to seek candidate referrals Account management of new and existing clients, including client visits Ensures 100% compliance with quality standards as dictated by NESFircroft,including company quality processes,in-countrylegislation (including Occupational Health & Safety), andclient-specificprocess requirements Responsible for account development and generating new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clients Develop and buildlong-termstrategic client relationships through both telephone contact andface-to-facemeetings Maintain balance of job orders and qualified candidates, and manage multiplecomplexselling opportunities Experience: 1-4years recruitment experience Outgoing and confident personality Organized and able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment Demonstratetheability tomultitaskand prioritize Ambitious and hungry to be successful Target-orientedwork experienc #J-18808-Ljbffr Nes-Internal
