Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Stepdown Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2+ years Med Surg experience required License: New Hampshire RN license or Compact Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Active American Heart Association ACLS Active NIH Stroke Certification Must-Have: Cardiac drip experience required Dementia experience/management required NIHSS strongly preferred EMR experience Description: This is a 48-hour guarantee. 36-hour guarantee is not available for this need. Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos). Coordinates total nursing care for patients. Participates in patient and family teaching. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel. Maintains standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Patient population includes adult and geriatric patients. All medical and occupational health compliance items must be ordered, collected, and resulted within 5 days of offer acceptance. Submission of required documents must be completed prior to interview. Every other weekend and holiday rotation is necessary. This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidates must have their own vehicle. Profile must include permanent address. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer. Any requested time off must be noted and verified at upload. Travelers may not take all holidays off. Must work two blocks during specified holiday periods.
