It is part of Saks Global’s portfolio of world-class luxury retailers and real estate assets.YOU WILL BE:The Restaurant Dishwasher focuses on keeping up overall restaurant cleanliness to see to it that guests have the level of food and beverage service to the high standards set by Neiman Marcus.WHAT YOU WILL DO:• Primarily focuses on keeping the dish, trash, and floors areas clean and organized to the highest level of Health and Kitchen standard Maintains dish machine by: •Checking for chemicals in dish machine to see they are filled and ready •Understanding how to use dish machine •Reporting any malfunctions to the Restaurant Manager or Executive Chef •Keeping chemical testers on hand •Knows how to use all sanitizing materials used for cleaning •Checks trash periodically and removes if full •Organizes dish area with all solutions for pots, pans, sinks, and silver •Maintains a pace for washing all pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and glassware •Exercises caution when working with breakables (e.g., dishes and glassware) •Keeps floors clean from spills, grease, and general trash •Assists with preparation and additional cleaning throughout kitchen as needed •Maintains a professional relationship with all line cooks, coworkers, chef, and front-of-the-house staff •Upholds all Health and Sanitation standards as directed by Neiman Marcus, local Health Department, and 3rd party Sanitation auditorsWHAT YOU WILL BRING:•Ability to work autonomously •Motivated and results-driven •"Win together" mentality •Role requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying 35 pounds •Associates must be based on business needs, which will include evenings, weekends, and holidaysYOUR LIFE AND CAREER AT NEIMAN MARCUS:•Opportunity to work in a dynamic fast paced environment at a company experiencing growth and transformation•Exposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities across the largest multi-brand luxury retailer from retail to distribution, to digital or corporate•Comprehensive benefits package for all eligible full-time employees (including medical, vision and dental)•An amazing employee discountSALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.Benefits: We offer the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, basic life insurance, supplemental life insurance, disability insurance, and a variety of additional voluntary benefits (such as critical illness, hospital and accident insurance).Thank you for your interest with Saks Global.
