Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy services to patients recovering from various conditions while collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assess patient needs.


• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.


• Utilize therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.


• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.


• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.


• Experience in Acute Care, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Acute Rehabilitation Unit preferred.


• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and treat patients effectively.
