Join Pines Auto Group as a Cashier/Customer Service representative in Pembroke Pines, FL. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the daily operations of our dealership.

Responsibilities

• Process payments accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner.
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment forms while ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including record-keeping and reporting.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to support dealership operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cashier or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Proficiency with computer systems and POS technology.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, greeting customers, and assisting in scheduling sale appointments.

Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and customers

• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to the salesperson

• Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams

• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents

• Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality

• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment

• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
