What You'll Do Lead all daily bar operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience. Recruit, train, coach, and develop bartenders and bar staff. Create a positive, high-energy culture focused on service, teamwork, and accountability. Manage inventory, ordering, cost controls, and beverage profitability. Ensure consistent execution of beverage standards, recipes, and presentation. Partner closely with restaurant, banquet, and hotel leadership to support overall Food & Beverage operations. Monitor labor costs, scheduling, and productivity. Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Resolve guest concerns professionally while exceeding service expectations. What We're Looking For 3+ years of bar management experience in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or resort. Strong hands-on bartending background with advanced knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. Experience managing beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, and labor. Well-rounded Food & Beverage management experience with the ability to support restaurant operations when needed. Proven leadership skills with experience developing and motivating teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. High standards of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
