Entry-Level Compensation Program Manager

Position Overview This role is based at our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance. Responsibilities Collaborate with leaders and teams across Epic to manage employee compensation and stock programs. Manage and optimize international compensation programs, including processing, support, and analysis of country‑specific considerations. Assume domestic compensation and stock projects as needed. Work with stakeholders and executives to identify and implement creative solutions to company needs. Qualifications Experience managing compensation and stock programs. Strong attention to detail, analytical, and process improvement skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and simplify complex topics. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Relocation to Madison, WI (reimbursed). COVID-19 vaccination required.
