Working as an extension of Transportation Operations, our multidisciplinary team helps deliver major capital improvements while strengthening program delivery, operational performance, organizational effectiveness, and long-term workforce readiness. Our team offers opportunities to work alongside industry leaders on high-profile transportation projects while helping shape the future of one of Florida's premier transportation agencies.We are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team for this exciting program.We will count on you to:Serves as point of contact and project lead for multiple construction projects Plan and organize the work of subordinate and staff membersDevelop and/or review policies, methods, practices, and proceduresReview programs for conformance with Department standardsPerform constructability and biddability reviewsIs a mentor to more junior rolesProvides risk management and issue resolution leadershipPerform other duties as necessary#LI-CA1Preferred QualificationsPE License is highly desiredPrevious experience on FDOT or FL Turnpike projects is a strong plusRoadway/Tollway construction experienceQualificationsRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in related field 7 years related experience A minimum of 2 years project management experience Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
