Primary Care Physician (FM/IM) - Med Plus Central Coast, Santa Maria, CA

As our Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine), you will join the growing primary care team at Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), a distinguished service of Dignity Health, providing high-quality outpatient care at the Med Plus Central Coast health center in Santa Maria, California.

You will provide comprehensive, expert clinical care within a clinic that uniquely integrates primary care with urgent care and occupational medicine services, allowing you to collaborate with well-respected Primary Care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, longitudinal care to a thriving community, supported by dedicated medical assistants, nursing support, and on-site diagnostics including lab and X-ray services.

To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with a commitment to productive, patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and a desire to work in a collaborative and supportive environment known for its streamlined operations and balanced practice in the heart of the Santa Maria Valley.

We are offering a highly competitive compensation package including an annual salary guarantee of $280,000 - $300,000 plus productivity and quality incentives. This exceptional offer is complemented by significant sign-on, relocation, and student loan assistance. Enjoy a predictable Monday-Friday schedule with strictly outpatient responsibilities and no hospital call. New hires may be eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) as we are a qualifying employer. Job Requirements

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine

• Active or eligible license in the state of California

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
