This position is essential in providing high-quality care to patients in critical condition across various units. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting. Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders. Educate patients and families on care plans and health management strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress. Qualifications Current RN license in the state of practice. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, specifically in an ICU setting. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Shifts and Location This position requires flexibility to work evening shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, covering various locations within the region. Why Join Us?
