Location: Lennox, SD
Compensation: $19.50 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:30am-4:00pm | Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Shippers for a leading equipment manufacturing company located in Lennox, SD. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as the Shipper:

• Prepare, stage, and organize finished goods for outbound shipment
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping documentation for accuracy
• Load trailers safely and efficiently to meet shipping schedules
• Generate and process shipping paperwork using the ERP system
• Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure quality and correctness
• Coordinate with production teams and supervisors to meet daily shipping deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping work area
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and material-handling guidelines

What You Need to Bring to the Shipper Role:

• Manufacturing or shipping experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand work orders and shipping documents
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math, including fractions
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
• Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
• Basic computer and ERP system skills
• Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
