Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Explain vehicle features, benefits, financing options, warranties, and protection products.

• Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, text messages, and CRM tools.

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer programs, and market trends.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.

• Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently.

• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and dealership events.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Basic computer and CRM proficiency.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Professional appearance and customer-first mindset.
