Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Lincoln, NH Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Conduct one-time, non-treatment C&P exams and separation health assessments. Perform physical assessments including METs testing and range of motion/muscle strength evaluations. Evaluate and diagnose respiratory and cardiovascular conditions for disability compensation purposes. Complete detailed medical reports, addendums, and medical opinions based on examination findings. Navigate and utilize the designated portal for training and report submission. Provide follow-up administrative work, including reading diagnostics and responding to clarifications, as part of the comprehensive evaluation process. Qualifications & Credentialing Licensure: Active and unrestricted full medical license is required. Certifications: AANP certification is required. Providers who attended medical school outside of the United States must provide a copy of their ECFMG certificate. Clinical Proficiency: Must be proficient in METs testing and evaluating respiratory and cardiovascular health. Training: Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified (provided by the client, though time spent training is not reimbursed). Equipment: Must own a laptop for administrative tasks (Mac/Apple products are not compatible). Administrative Requirements: A Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days is required. CV must list the current home address. Facility Requirements (for own-office providers): If seeing patients in your own office, you must provide photos demonstrating compliance with ADA standards, including handicapped parking, wheelchair-accessible entrances, exam rooms with proper equipment, and safety features like fire extinguishers and emergency exit lighting. Military Status: Please disclose if you are active duty, in the reserves, or currently employed by the VA. What We Offer Half-day Rate: $800 flat rate for shifts of 4 hours or less. Daily Rate: $1600 flat rate for shifts of 5 hours or longer. Bonus: A one-time bonus of $650 for completing all required training and performing your first exams.
