Food Service Manager, Culinary Support

Role Overview Sodexo is hiring a Food Service Manager of Culinary Support for Rock Hill Schools in Rock Hill, SC. This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on leader with strong culinary skills who enjoys creating positive dining experiences and supporting a team across multiple school locations. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, provide culinary support, and build strong relationships with district partners while enhancing the student dining experience through quality and consistency. You’ll leverage Sodexo’s tools and resources to drive results, develop teams, and support a fast‑paced environment focused on student success. What You’ll Do Have oversight of day‑to‑day operations while delivering high‑quality food service Achieve company and client financial targets and goals Create a positive environment Ensure menu planning, meal pattern compliance, sanitation, and organization Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred Experience with leading national school lunch programs is preferred What You Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. What You Bring Have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively; Have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance; Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service; Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or Demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.This does not apply to external candidates.
