Senior Executive Recruiter

CB Partners is seeking a driven, sales-focused Executive Recruiter to join our growing team in Denver, Colorado. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and is motivated by business development, client management, and uncapped earning potential. The ideal candidate is highly competitive, self-motivated, and capable of building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. This role will focus heavily on new business generation, account management, and full-cycle recruiting within professional and industrial markets. Responsibilities Develop new client relationships through outbound business development activities Conduct client intake meetings to understand hiring needs and organizational goals Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, executives, and candidates Consistently meet or exceed activity, revenue, and placement goals Maintain accurate records within the company’s ATS and CRM systems Collaborate with internal recruiting and leadership teams to ensure successful delivery Qualifications 2+ years of experience in agency recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development preferred Proven ability to generate business and manage client relationships Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills High level of professionalism, organization, and accountability Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on relevant experience Base salary plus uncapped commission structure Expected total compensation varies based on experience, performance, and production Medical, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable) Paid time off and company holidays Hybrid work flexibility Professional growth and advancement opportunities In accordance with Colorado law, the expected base salary range for this position is $55,000 – $75,000 annually, plus uncapped commission and incentive compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, market conditions, and business needs. Work Location Hybrid role based in the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area.
