Physical Therapist Out Patient $10,000 Sign On Bonus

Overview ChristianaCare is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to work at the Health Care Center Rehabilitation Services site located in Newark, Delaware. Site hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Responsibilities Primary function: To provide Physical Therapy for individuals requiring rehabilitation after injury or disease process. Evaluate and re-evaluate patients in a timely manner. Establish appropriate treatment programs that include goals to be attained in a timely manner. Complete all documentation relating to patient care, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Review active patient records in a timely manner. Provide patient and family education and training. Participate in departmental organizational planning, in-services, educational programs, and community based marketing opportunities. Participate in mandatory meetings and hospital programs, seminars, and workshops. Maintain written and verbal communication with referral sources concerning patient care.
