Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Must have 2+ years of recent experience, Ortho (need to be able to do both totals and ortho trauma), Vascular, general skillsets, and Davinci.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Total join support, Neuro, Peripheral vascular, and CV.

Shift & Scheduling:

• 10 D/E; 40 hours (0700, 0900, 1100, 1500 start times)
• Weekend Requirements: As needed
• On-Call Requirements: None
• Holiday Requirements: As needed

Floating Requirements: as needed within the OR.

7 days maximum time off

2 references required

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• CST (Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA)) or the alternative certification TS-C (National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT))
