# Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Colorado**Start Date:** September 28, 2026 **Location:** Englewood, Colorado **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Saturday through Monday plus one rotating weekday shift per week; 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM); on-call coverage 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM one day per week and weekend on-call once every 6 weeks

Highlights:

• Seasonal travel position in a 408-bed acute care hospital with 14 operating rooms including hybrid cardiovascular OR and multipurpose surgical suites
• Diverse case mix including angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, orthopedic, and spine procedures (no transplant procedures)
• Work with experienced team of 60 FTEs including OR RNs, surgical technologists, and specialized service line coordinators
• EMR system: Meditech; standard OR equipment with Stryker video systems
• Patient ratio of 1:1 with focus on exceptional patient experience and collaborative communication
• Weekend-focused schedule ideal for healthcare professionals seeking concentrated work periods

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Colorado or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of current hospital acute care experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
• Operating room circulating and scrubbing experience strongly preferred
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to dynamic surgical environments
