You will combine strong technical knowledge with a consultative sales approach to help customers maximize value and close high-quality opportunities.What you will be doing:Drive profitable sales growth across existing accounts and new customersBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline, from opportunity identification to deal closurePrioritize target customers and execute focused sales activitiesCollaborate closely with Key Account Managers to support joint sales plansIdentify and follow up on Newbuilding and Dry Dock opportunitiesDevelop trusted, long-term relationships through regular customer engagementAct as the technical expert for Tank & Hold Cleaning solutions within the sales organizationEnsure accurate CRM reporting and compliance with WSS sales governanceWhat you bring:International experience in technical or solution-based salesMaritime background (sailing or marine engineering experience preferred)Proven track record of achieving sales results and closing dealsStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsConfident user of CRM systems and MS Office toolsExcellent communication skills and fluent EnglishWhat we are looking for:Commercially minded, ambitious, and results-drivenAble to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyStructured, curious, and quick to learnComfortable driving change in a dynamic environmentWhat we can offer:At Wilhelmsen, you will join a global organization known for strong leadership, career development, and work-life balance.
