Job Title: Onsite Recruiter (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Onsite Recruiter to support staffing operations at a busy warehouse facility in Manor, TX. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. This position requires flexibility, availability to be on-call, and the ability to provide excellent support to both employees and management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and onboard warehouse employees.
• Conduct interviews and assist with new hire orientations.
• Maintain regular communication with employees and warehouse management.
• Track attendance, employee performance, and staffing needs.
• Address employee questions, concerns, and attendance issues.
• Coordinate employee placements and schedule adjustments.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with workforce planning to meet operational demands.
• Be available on-call to support staffing needs, call-offs, and urgent issues.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite in Manor, TX.
• Flexible schedule with availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call support as needed.
