Job Title: Janitorial Associate Location: Houston, TX and surrounding areas Job Description Lane Staffing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Associates to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for our clients across various facilities. This role is essential in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors Follow all safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs Ensure all assigned areas meet company cleanliness standards Requirements Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Must be dependable and able to pass standard client screening requirements Schedule Flexible shifts available.
