The Construction Project Manager will oversee residential and commercial construction projects, managing small to medium-sized teams. This role combines on-site supervision with a hybrid remote management approach and requires frequent travel between sites. It offers a focused, project-based opportunity for growth in construction project management.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion
- Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
- Lead and manage project teams of 1-15 members
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Supervise on-site activities while maintaining a hybrid management approach
- Travel frequently between construction sites to monitor progress
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in construction project management
