Key Responsibilities: Providing support for sales, sales promotions, installations, and customer communication efforts. Ensuring positive customer relations by resolving claims and complaints fairly and in compliance with consumer laws. Developing organization‑wide initiatives to proactively inform, educate, and support customers. Creating and implementing improvement plans in response to customer feedback and survey results. Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner. Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve product or service issues. Managing service requests, documentation, and follow‑ups to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. Updating customer records and ensuring accuracy across systems. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Proven ability to maintain professionalism and a customer‑first attitude in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Proficient with computer systems and capable of learning new technologies quickly. Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or related industry is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred. Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify actionable insights.
