Internal Service Advisor / Pre-Owned Reconditioning Coordinator Lockhart Cadillac , a luxury Cadillac franchise dealership , is seeking an organized, process-driven Internal Service Advisor / Pre-Owned Reconditioning Coordinator to join our team. This position works closely with Sales and Service Management to coordinate new vehicle pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and the complete pre-owned vehicle reconditioning process, ensuring vehicles are delivered on time and to Cadillac's high standards. Requirements Automotive service administration experience required Dealership service advisor or internal service advisor experience preferred Luxury automotive experience preferred, but not required Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills Detail-oriented and process-driven Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment Responsibilities Coordinate all new vehicle PDIs and pre-owned reconditioning Work with Sales and Service Management to prioritize vehicle flow Monitor repairs, inspections, and vehicle status Maintain accurate records and ensure timely vehicle completion Ensure all vehicles meet dealership quality standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
