Home Health Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team in Howell, MI. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential support and personal care to our clients in their homes, helping to improve their quality of life and maintain their independence. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Monitor clients’ health and report any changes to the healthcare team Assist with medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks as directed Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients Document care provided and communicate effectively with supervisors and family members Requirements Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role is a plus Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, compassionate, and patient with clients Ability to pass a background checkValid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00 Twice a month pay schedule Opportunities for training and career advancement Supportive and caring work environment Flexible scheduling options About the Company University Home Care Inc is a trusted provider of home health services dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients by delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
