About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Omaha, Nebraska, 68105!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Float Duration: 26 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years in a large, urban hospital License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS preferred Must-Have: Travelers must float frequently to meet staffing needs. Must have experience with drips on all floors. EPIC charting experience is required. Previous experience in a Level 1 Academic Medical Center is considered if the traveler has 2 years of experience. Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs, including possibly floating to a sister campus. Description: All staff are required to work 2 of the 3 major holidays, which include Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Weekends will require 4 shifts out of 8 possible in a 4-week period. RTO restrictions allow up to two weeks, which must be submitted with the application. Travelers must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. 100% nicotine-free facility. Candidates must be located more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible. Pending licenses accepted but must be in hand for booking confirmation. Scrubs are mandatory, with specific colors and logos required. This facility is recognized for providing care to complex patients and is affiliated with educational institutions. Staffing includes interdisciplinary teams and various support services. Patient care will involve older adults and will require management of cardiac drips and telemetry interpretation.
