Infusion Staff Pharmacist Texarkana, TX Red River Pharmacy Services Red River Pharmacy Services Red River Pharmacy Services is seeking a motivated and dependable Infusion Staff Pharmacist to join our growing team in Texarkana. This position is ideal for a pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, clinical excellence, and working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. This role includes participation in an on-call rotation to support patient needs after normal business hours. Position Responsibilities Review, verify, and dispense infusion medications accurately and efficiently Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations Monitor patient medication therapy and provide clinical recommendations when appropriate Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff regarding infusion treatments and medication management Counsel patients and caregivers on medications, administration, and side effects Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Participate in pharmacy quality assurance and safety initiatives Assist with inventory management and medication ordering Participate in rotating on-call schedule Qualifications Active Pharmacist license in Texas (Arkansas license preferred or ability to obtain) Infusion pharmacy experience preferred Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Long-term care or specialty pharmacy experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay Supportive team environment Opportunity for professional growth Full-time benefits available Meaningful work that impacts patient care daily
