Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Primary orthopedic experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: 5x8
• Patient volume: 10-12 patients per 8-hour day
