Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with appropriate credentials for schools
• Experience (or strong interest) in providing OT services within a school setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop rapport with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to fostering independence and functional skills for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of 12 students, in compliance with IEP goals and district guidelines
• Complete assessments, document progress, and participate in team meetings
• Collaborate closely with teachers and related service providers to support each child’s academic and functional growth
• Design and implement evidence-based interventions that promote student participation and success
• Maintain thorough records and contribute to ongoing program development
