Euclid Ave., Bay City, MI 48706.Job Summary:Primary Responsibilities:- Keep electrical systems running to prevent minimum down time in processWork on upgrading or adding new electrical systemsMaintain existing electrical systemsPerform all electrical and instrumentation work on all equipment and buildings keeping them in proper operating conditionAssist in mechanical or fabrication projects when the need arisesPlan and execute projects with minimal guidanceLead small work crews during repair season.Position Qualifications:- State of Michigan Electrical License as a Journeyman or Master ElectricianMinimum 5 years industrial electrical experienceCertificate of completion of a Instrumentation program.Minimum of 2 years experience preforming instrumentation work.Industrial experience, including knowledge in motor control, relay logic, PLC logic and computer based motor and process control systemHigh School diploma or equivalentAbility to perform physically demanding workKey Competencies:- Ability to quickly problem solve and make decisionsDemonstrated personal leadership and positive can-do attitudeFlexible and able to work in fast paced and varying environmentsAbility to work well with others in a team environmentProvides model behavior to demonstrate corporate valueLeading the self by demonstrating ethics and integrity, displaying drive and purpose, demonstrated capability to learn, managing self, increasing self-awarenessNOTE: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by staff assigned to this position.
