Sr. Program Manager
Honeywell Aerospace
Join a team of development program professionals to manage & lead Honeywell Aerospace programs. You will work under minimal supervision of the CBT Program Director, to execute a development program of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills and thorough understanding of multiple workstreams (of functions and Centers of Excellence). You will lead the execution of a multi-system program that is complex in nature and span several major domestic locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. You will define, generate & implement program plans.

Execute the Management OS
Collaborate, Direct, Lead
Coordinate with Functions
Facilitate forecast analysis
Facilitate capacity analysis
Mentor members of team

YOU MUST HAVE
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management for complex engineering development programs.

Risk Management -Identification & Mitigation- Change Mgmt
Cost & Financials (ex. RDE, spend, forecast, variance)

Provide guidance & Coaching to peers and team members
