If so, this role may be the perfect fit./ph3What You Bring to Cambia:/h3pQualifications:/pulliThe ACA Sales Performance Consultant would have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Computer Science or related field and 3+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience./li/ulpSkills and Attributes:/pulliAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and articulate complex ideas/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel/liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver on multiple commitments/liliBroad knowledge of organizational operations with an understanding of healthcare administration/liliEffective written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization/liliAbility to facilitate projects, identify business requirements, resolve issues, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders/liliAbility to collaborate with teams and stakeholders to develop analytics that support operations, tactical decisions, and strategic direction/liliExperience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making (highly desired)/li/ulh3What You Will Do at Cambia:/h3ulliAnalyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to track KPIs/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and develop effective solutions/liliManage small-scale projects and operational initiatives, adapting quickly to ad hoc assignments as they arise/liliDocument business processes, procedures, and requirements, including methods used to generate work output/liliApply knowledge of how departments work together to support effective organizational operations/liliContribute to team and departmental goals by managing multiple, often shifting objectives across diverse domain areas/liliPartner with stakeholders to ensure analytics and reporting meet business needs for operational management and strategic decision-making/liliSupport change management and communications efforts related to process and operational improvements/li/ulpThe expected hiring range for the ACA Sales Performance Consultant is $76,500 - $103,500 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; performance history; and work location. The bonus target for this position is 15%.
