Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering + 1 year engineering experience preferred
Alternatively:
- Associate's degree + 2 years relevant experience , or
- High school diploma/equivalent + 4 years relevant experience
Experience with manufacturing engineering/process improvement
Knowledge of GD&T
Experience with technical drawings, prints, BOMs, procedures, and routers
Strong problem-solving and statistical/quality tools
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Experience developing/executing project plans and schedules
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Self-starter who can recommend improvements to processes, procedures, and training
