Field Service Technician - Des Moines, IA

The Field Service Technician is responsible to provide repair services to equipment at the customer location, maintain parts and equipment inventory to effectively perform repairs and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for customers. Expectations Diagnose equipment and complete necessary repairs at customer locations. Repair equipment (coffee, juice, dishmachine, laundry, etc.) Accurate and timely documentation and record keeping, EMP Training/testing for knowledge and proficiency Proper use and operation of company equipment and property. Update and maintain equipment to good working order. Perform proper preventative maintenance Document parts used on equipment to assist in inventory control Responsible for van being clean and organized Conduct all work in a safe manner 100% safety record in both daily work and driving Coachable with corrective action if needed Communicate all safety concerns to Service Manager Maintain positive working relations with co-workers and customers Legendary customer service, courteous and professional – proper uniform Respectful during all interactions, part of the solution Positive attitude, willingness to help others #J-18808-Ljbffr Martin Bros.
