RN/LPN Day Shift Nurse -Long Term Care or Subacute Care

Responsibilities Develop care plans and/or participate in the review of care plans as requested Provide nursing services in accordance with an established care plan Routine resident visits to assess and document physical and emotional status; implement any required nursing interventions Assist resident to achieve and maintain the highest level of self-care and independence Communicate pertinent resident information to supervising RN, physicians, family, and/or other appropriate personnel Administer and maintain records of prescribed medications and treatments Provide support, assistance, direction, and supervision to other nursing staff as needed Accurately complete admission, weekly, follow-up, and discharge charting Other duties as assigned Qualifications Current license in good standing as an LPN or RN in the State of Minnesota CPR certification and first aid training Previous experience in nursing or other healthcare/medical fields Experience with memory loss a plus Compassionate and caring demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation LPN: $28.09-$30.95 RN: $33.74-$36.55 Why Join Us?
