Retail Services Lead

Who You Will Be Working With You will be part of a hands‑on Commerce group—marketers, operators, analysts, and creatives focused on performance. You’ll collaborate closely with Retail Operations, Retail Media, Strategy, and Creative teammates to shape how products appear across marketplaces and how shoppers experience each product detail page from first glance to purchase. Day‑to‑day, you’ll partner with client partners and PMG leads to turn insights into action—aligning catalog health, product detail page content, pricing, and promotions so everything works in sync. You’ll have supportive leaders, modern tools, and plenty of space to share ideas, mentor others, and keep raising the bar on what retail‑ready looks like. What You Will Do Lead the strategy and execution of catalog and product detail page optimization across an entire brand portfolio or client category. Architect scalable listing frameworks that reflect marketplace SEO, UX best practices, and real conversion drivers. Manage promotional planning and ensure product detail page content, pricing, and inventory align with promotional timelines across sales channels. Partner with clients and internal teams to design and implement strategic upgrades that improve catalog health and retail readiness. Identify systemic listing or promotion issues and build clear remediation playbooks the team can run with. Guide junior team members in advanced product detail page optimization, promotion scheduling, and retail readiness diagnostics. Serve as the go‑to subject matter expert on content strategy and promotional enablement for marketplace growth. What You Will Bring 4+ years of experience in Client Strategy, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Experience in catalog architecture planning and SEO‑focused enhancement strategies. Experience designing promotion strategies for both event‑based moments and evergreen programs. Deep knowledge of Seller Central / Vendor Central content workflows and best practices. Experience partnering with Media and Creative to ensure product detail pages are truly launch‑ready. Experience with Momentum super‑user (or similar internal tooling) for content scoring and tracking. Experience using Excel and Looker / Looker Studio dashboards to monitor content performance and surface clear next steps.
