Location: The Woodlands, TX 77384
Position Type: Contract – 13 weeks
Start Date: October 19, 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10–12 hour shifts
Schedule: Flexible days/hours

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week contract assignment at an outpatient pediatric therapy center in the The Woodlands area.

This position will provide occupational therapy services in a patient-focused outpatient setting. Pediatric experience is preferred, and candidates with experience in pediatrics, women’s health, orthopedics, or sports medicine are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, organize, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment programs.
• Provide developmentally and age-appropriate treatment based on each patient's needs.
• Evaluate patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout treatment.
• Modify treatment programs as appropriate based on patient response and progress.
• Provide professional, compassionate care to patients and families.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Minimum 2 years of Occupational Therapy experience.
• Clinical experience in pediatrics, women’s health, orthopedics, or sports medicine.
• Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Pediatric outpatient experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
