Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Night Shift We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a full-time night shift. As a LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents, supervise certified nursing assistants, and ensure that our facility maintains the highest standards of quality care. LPN Benefits: Competitive pay Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive team environment LPN Qualifications: A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required Current unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in practicing state Current CPR certification LPN Duties and Responsibilities: Directs the daily activities of certified nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines and established facility policies and procedures Ensures that policies and procedures are complied with by nursing personnel assigned Participates in the admission, discharge, and transfers of residents as required Observes for changes in residents' status, notifying the physician and resident's family or representative and documenting accordingly Transcribes physician orders to medical record and carries out orders as written Prepares and administers medications as per physicians' orders and observes for adverse effects If you are a motivated and compassionate LPN looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
