Work Environment\nThis role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to connect with patients in a comfortable environment. You will have access to state-of-the-art digital technology that facilitates telemedicine and in-person interactions when necessary. Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Magellan Mental Health Center, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting individual and family therapy sessions, facilitating meaningful discussions and interventions that support patient growth and healing. \n
- Developing personalized treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing evaluations to address issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members. \n
- Using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate complex family dynamics, including blended families and communication difficulties. \n
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care that aligns with organizational standards of clinical excellence. \n
- Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies. \n
- Participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge. \n
In this position, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including couples, families, and individuals across various age groups. Your expertise will be critical in managing a broad range of emotional and relational challenges, which may include:

- Substance abuse issues that affect family dynamics. \n
- Challenges associated with separation and divorce. \n
- Therapeutic approaches to foster healthy relationships and communication among family members. \n
- Support for families dealing with grief and loss. \n
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. \n
- At least two years of direct experience in providing therapy services related to family dynamics. \n
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice and patient confidentiality. \n
While two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional experience will stand out. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices in virtual therapy is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits\nMagellan Mental Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide:
