Location: Grand Junction, CO
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Additional Compensation
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $5,000 Relocation Bonus
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for an exciting permanent opportunity in Grand Junction, CO.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments for pediatric patients from birth to 21 years old
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings
- Provide speech and language therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to support patient progress
- Maintain accurate patient records and therapy documentation
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered therapy services
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
- Current Colorado State Licensure or eligibility for licensure required
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome to apply
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
