GHL Campaign ManagerRole Overview: We are seeking a GHL Campaign Manager to lead internal marketing for a high-volume Kitchen & Bath remodeling company. This is not a "creative" role—it is an operational and strategic leadership position. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of Internal Campaigns includings – Email Newsletters, SMS Campaigns, VIP Showroom Sales, and Nurture sequences for our client base.Compensation:$6 - 1st 3 months$8 - 3rd months onwardsYou are the perfect fit if:You are an Expert-level GHL (GoHighLevel) user who can build workflows, troubleshoot API/account issues, and manage data hygiene without oversight.You prioritize Data over Aesthetics. You care more about the CTR, Attribution, leads, appointments than the font choice.You have a "Reverse-Engineering" mindset: You start with the sales goal and build the campaign backwards.Key Responsibilities:Full Lifecycle Management: Own the strategy and execution for 4–6 simultaneous internal campaigns.Operational Accountability: Maintain a visible, rigid M–F routine. Ensure all campaign stats (CPA, Lead Count, Playbooks) are updated and ready.Team Leadership: Manage a small team of coordinators and collaborators. Hold them accountable to SOPs; do not "cover" for underperformance—optimize the process instead.AI Integration: Actively use AI tools to scale copy production, analyze campaign sentiment, and automate reporting.Requirements:3+ years in B2C Lead Generation (Remodeling, Home Services, or high-volume Agency background preferred).Mastery of CRM Logic (GHL, Lead Perfection, or similar).Strong mathematical foundation (ability to forecast ROI/CPL on the fly).Resilience in high-pressure, data-driven environments.About Us:We're a family-owned and operated kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling company located in Southern California.
