Real Estate Buyers Sales Agent

We are looking for a motivated buyer’s agent who is passionate about making the home buying experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities: • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Daily work CRM to call and nurture leads • Actively seek out new lead sources through networking, building databases, cold calling, open houses, etc • Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone, email, etc. • Attend appointments with clients to show properties that fit their needs/wants list, as well as inform them about current market conditions • Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to help them secure property at a fair price • Assist clients through every step of the home buying/selling process from start to finish • Stay up to date on local market trends as well as changes in regulations surrounding real estate transactions Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • An established track record of successful real estate sales Compensation: $115,000 at plan yearly
