Senior HRIS Specialist

Role Overview The Senior HRIS Specialist works independently and as part of a high-functioning team in a fast-paced organization, responsible for processing and interfacing HR transactions and maintaining data tables in the PeopleSoft HRMS and other HR systems. What You Will Do Process and interface HR transactions, maintain data tables, provide support to HRIS Specialist and HRIS Operations Team Lead, and manage data-related projects. Why It Might Be a Fit This role requires strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field, 3+ years of experience in HRIS or related field, Knowledge of HR systems including PeopleSoft HRMS and Workday, Analytical and problem‑solving skills, Attention to detail.
